About Project
About
Transforming SOEC production into a sustainable, high-performance, and circular process, to drive cost-effective, large-scale hydrogen production globally.
The project will optimize 3 manufacturing technologies for SOECs components, aimed at reducing energy consumption and material use, while improving cells and stacks performances.
An Advanced Electrode Manufacturing Supervisor (AEMS) AI-based tool will also be developed, to control the quality of the components during all steps of the manufacturing process contributing to the reduction of waste and scraps.
This approach not only improves Solid Oxide Electrolyze Cells (SOECs) performance but also contributes to a sustainable and circular hydrogen economy in Europe.
The project is funded by the European Union under the HORIZON-JU-CLEANH2- 2025 call and supported by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership and its members.
