Role in the Project
Within the project, F6S leads all Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation, and Training activities. F6S is tasked with establishing a robust strategic foundation over the first 18 months to maximize project outreach, visibility, and market impact across industry, academia, and the general public. Key responsibilities include:
- Dissemination & Communication: Creating and executing a detailed strategy to ensure project results are effectively shared with key global stakeholders.
- Exploitation & IPR Management: Developing initial exploitation pathways and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) management plans to safeguard, leverage, and commercialize the project’s innovations.
- Ecosystem Engagement & Training: Planning tailored training initiatives to enhance the skills of project participants and stakeholders, ensuring long-term adoption and maximum benefit from the project’s outcomes.
